Atmospheric Country Cafe
Our Ethos when setting up our country cafe was to provide a nice atmosphere, pleasant service and good quality food. Thanks to the support of our customers, and attention to detail of our staff, lower barn cafe has now won several local business awards. Where possible, we use local butchers for our meat, green grocers for our fruit and vegetables, bakers for our bread and local farms/markets for our free range eggs, fish and seafood.

Our gluten free options are freshly made to order using carefully selected, allergen free ingredients with naturally occurring super nutrients, making it possible for those on restricted diets.

Private Hire
Looking for somewhere to host your next event? Lower Barn Cafe is available for private hire for corporate events (with catering only) as well as special occasions like bridal showers, afternoon tea hen parties and birthdays.
Reservations for Afternoon Tea
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice, afternoon tea is subject to availability and a £5 deposit is required per person to fully secure any booking.
