Locally Sourced, Freshly Prepared

We Take pride in the quality of our food.

Our cakes, jams, chutneys, pulled pork, hollandaise sauce...In fact,
almost everything is produced from scratch in our kitchens.
Where possible we use local suppliers: our Butcher is based in Rochford Square,
we have our fresh Vegetables delivered from Rayleigh Fruit and Veg.

Our eggs are free range and come from Essex Birds on a farm in Chelmsford.

We use a Bakery from Basildon for all of our bread,
our fish and seafood is brought in from Billingsgate Market

Every dish we produce is freshly cooked
so during peak times may take a little while.

However we are human, so if something is not up to our usual standards
please let a member of the team know at the time, so we can try and fix it for you.
