Highly recommend LBF!

Was recommended to visit LBF for the porcelain tiles for my garden project by my builder and I was not disappointed.
A very good selection of tiles laid out so you can see how it would look which is great, Kayleigh from LBF was very informative, helpful and gave us a few sample tile cuts (free) to take home and see how it works against furniture, walls, etc.
Placing the order was easy and the delivery communication was great, the delivery driver Gavin did a great job is maneuvering the pallets down the alley until the start date of the project. A few tiles were broken when the pallets were opened,
these were replaced without any issues, I have say it was a great service level all round from LBF, I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Great Service!

Wife and I were impressed with how hospitable the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble, whilst we were waiting for our paving slabs, we went to their cafeteria, where the staff were equally agreeable. It turned out that the sizes I gave, needed to be adjusted, the gentleman that assisted with me couldn't be more helpful, and changed them without hassle, even loaded them in my car. All in all, an excellent experience. Definitely a place we'll recommend to family and friends.

Going The Extra Mile!

LBF have been a blessing to me these last few months. First of all they had a great selection of porcelain tiles with a commensurate level of guidance. They were willing to go the extra mile by showing me videos of the tiles (which was helpful throughout these COVID times) as well as delivering sample tiles in a timely manner. Most importantly they were able to source the tiles from Italy in a timescale that must have been challenging with all of the supply issues, and furthermore with their stone mason on site, were able to assist with some of the bespoke edging I needed.
At short notice they were also able to supply further bespoke cuts since the nature of the project expanded.
I have no hesitation in recommending, and have used LBF for another project I am working on.
